7-Days Return Period We want you to love your home decor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Change of Mind: For non-damaged items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse.

• Defective or Wrong Item: If we made a mistake or the item is defective, Vase Zone will cover all shipping costs for the exchange or refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or via Vodafone Cash/Bank Transfer as per your preference.
